This project reimagines the boundary between content and container by utilizing exclusively organic materials to create edible supports. By employing ingredients such as agar-agar, banana leaves, and dehydrated rice, the work eliminates the need for synthetic vessels, turning the packaging itself into a sensory experience.

The conceptual framework evolves through three distinct stages:

  • Tradition: It begins by honoring ancestral methods, where leaves were essential for cooking, preserving, and covering food.

  • Transgression: It challenges modern waste by repurposing potential “wasted food” into functional, edible holders.

  • Transmutation: Finally, it applies molecular cuisine and avant-garde techniques to alter textures and forms, offering new perspectives on consumption.

By treating the support as an extension of the meal, this exploration transforms the act of serving into a sustainable, cohesive cycle where nothing is discarded, and everything is consumed.
