Fruit Atlas is a Food Design project where my passions converge: Food and Audiovisual. It is designed as a transmedia proposal that seeks to progressively safeguard the gastronomic heritage, in this case Colombian, such as fruits.
In the POLITICA DE PATRIMONIO INMATERIAL, the development of projects based on the written and to a much lesser extent the visual prevails, leaving behind the audiovisual and what this may contain. Thus, the standardized, orderly and methodical photographic treatment can be seen as a formula that allows it to be transferred to other geographical and conceptual spaces, scalable and portable.
