COLOMBIA’S STORIES THROUGH ITS FRUITS, PROPOSAL TO TRANSMEDIA STORYTELLING

In the diagnosis poised by the book POLITICA PARA EL CONOCIMIENTO, LA SALVAGUARDIA Y EL FENOMENO DE LA ALIMENTACIÓN Y LAS COCINAS TRADICIONALES DE COLOMBIA, are the our food culture’s under-value and our biodiversity lack of awareness in local areas, national and international. Focusing in those ideas we can notice that our culinary heritage is on risk, because it is not possible to find documentation to recover and enact.

The use of our biodiversity promotes a higher valuation about itself, but this involve a big responsibility to determine what can we use in support of us. In this route, I propose to show the Colombian regions through its fruits, take them from the communities and lands as identity historical figures.
